Summary:
Village Caregiving, a reputable healthcare facility located in Franklin, Tennessee, is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team.
As a CNA, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care in their homes, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for residents.
This is an individual contributor role that requires a compassionate, responsible, and dedicated individual.

$17-18/HourCaregiver & CPR Training Provided (Paid Training)
Responsibilities:
Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, grooming, and dressingProvide emotional support and companionship to residentsHelp residents with mobility by transferring and positioning them safelyRecord and maintain accurate documentation of residents' care and daily activitiesFollow all safety and infection control protocolsAssist with feeding residents and providing hydrationTake and record vital signs, such as temperature, blood pressure, and pulseProvide basic first aid and emergency care, if neededCommunicate effectively with residents, their families, and healthcare team membersRequirements:
Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) High school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience in a healthcare setting, preferably long-term care or assisted livingAbility to lift, push, and pull up to 50 poundsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCompassionate, patient, and empathetic nature Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidaysMust pass a background check and drug screeningEEOC Statement:
